  • By purchasing Holykit, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. Learn what you can and cannot do with the files you will receive after purchasing.
  • Don’t resell the files, use them in a product that you’re selling, publish them online, or distribute them for free.

Licensing Agreement

By purchasing Holykit (“Item”) you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions.

This license grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work (“Item”).

You are licensed to use purchased Items to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your clients and the End Product may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed, or freely distributed.

One of the following is an end product :

For an Item that is a template, the End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. For example, the item is a package of starter template kit for elementor and the End Product is your unique finished web app design.

You are allowed to :

  • Create End Products for clients or personal projects.
  • Create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
  • Combine the Item with other works to create a derivative work. The works that result are subject to the terms of this license.
  • This is a ‘multi-use’ license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.

You are NOT allowed to :

  • Share the item link on the web or distribute
  • Place any of Item design files into the End Product as it is
  • Redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. This includes using the Item to create a template for another platform or software (e.g Adobe XD, Webflow, Tailwind). You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item.
  • Re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
  • You must not permit an end-user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
  • Publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people, because it’s only a single-user license.

Returns and refund policy :

We’re only happy if you’re happy. If there are any issues, reach out via [email protected] within 15-days and we’ll issue a full refund!

None of our competitors offer refunds, which we thought was a bit sketchy. We back Holykit 100% and know you’ll love it too. We only ask that you please try out the free version of Holykit and preview the full version before purchasing to make sure it’s right for you.

Please note that you’ll no longer be able to use Holykit in any projects if we issue a refund (including personal/non-commercial projects).

Other license term

  • For some Items, a component of the Item will be sourced by the author from elsewhere and different license terms may apply to the component, such as someone else’s license or an open-source or creative commons license. If so, the component will be identified by the author on the Item’s description page or in the Item’s downloaded files. The other license will apply to that component instead of this license. This license will apply to the rest of the Item.
  • The author of the Item retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Item and you. Holykit (holykit.co) is not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.
